Prospect Studio Memberships

How does a membership work?

Memberships grant you priority access to booking in an exclusive Member Calendar.
The investment includes a discounted rate of only $1000.00/month, which allows you exclusive access to the space for fourteen (14) redeemable hours a month (equal to two (2) x seven (7) hour days a month). This is only $500.00 for a full seven (7) hours- saving you over $600.00 a package.
Members gain access to first priority reservations between the hours of of 8am-7pm. Members have the ability to host up to a maximum of 10 people in the space at one time, per reservation.

The space can be used for the purpose of photoshoots, videography productions, small workshops, meetings, and as a working space.

The space is designed and decorated, however members have flexibility to style and organize the space to their liking with a selection of props and equipment provided in the space.If you're a product or food photographer then you may find interest in the selection of durable backdrops, stands, styling tools, a roll-out table and lighting equipment. If you want to create online videos for a web-series, or youtube account then the space is ideal for both natural and controlled lighting (video lights are available for member use). For all creators out there, the space features a modern and stylish design with uniquely upholstered custom furniture that can't be found elsewhere.

Members are offered first priority to reserve any bookings within their membership month. Therefore, membership spots will be limited. Members can prepay for in advance if they wish to reserve for more than one consecutive month to ensure their spot.

What if the time, day, or date I need isn't available?

Although we cannot guarantee any specific times, days, or dates to Members, we can guarantee that members will have access to book the space for up to fourteen (14) hours a month. Members will need to reserve their times at their soonest convenience based on studio availability. As the studio will be shared between other members, all parties must understand that the member calendar will change frequently as reservations are submitted, and that scheduling times must be flexible.

How early in advance can I book the space?

We are providing members access to the booking calendar upon signup, and in coordination to their membership month. Members are expected to pay the membership in advance to gain access to the private, Monthly Member Calendar.

Are memberships transferable, refundable, or subject to any credit?

Memberships payments and time reservations are final sale. They are non-refundable, transferable and not available for any credit. Payments are made to reserve first priority access to booking the space via the Membership Calendar at a discounted rate. Members are encouraged to claim, and reserve their hours (up to 14 hours a month) in the Member Calendar based on the studio's availability. Regardless the reason; including a booking is cancelled, studio time isn't redeemed, changes to reservations, and/or no-shows, we unfortunately cannot accommodate any exceptions to our policy.

Is the space shared during my reservation?

The studio is not shared with other members during your reservation. The studio owner, Vanessa Mayberry will more than likely present and working in her upstairs loft office. Vanessa is super friendly, professional, and respectful of noise. She will be tucked away in her workspace but close enough if you need anything, and is always more than happy to assist.

What months are memberships available for?

Memberships are currently open up for the following months in 2023:

Do I qualify to be a member?

Members must be good at communicating, organized, respectful, professional, and cleanly. They must be responsible in the space and on the property, and ensure that everything and everyone is respected. We are seeking serious members who are committed to using a space for their professional, creative projects.

How will I know if I'm accepted?

After applications are submitted, our team will take up to two (2) weeks to review. If you are selected to be a member, we will reach out to you by email to advise you of the next steps!
