SHIPPING POLICY

We currently offer free shipping within Canada. Shipping estimates vary based on mailing destination. Please allow for a minimum of 2-3 business weeks for orders to start their shipping journey.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of Pre-Orders and our shipping format, at this time all purchases made are final. We unfortunately cannot accommodate returns, exchanges, or store credit.

CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER

If you made a mistake, no worries! As long as you have not yet received your shipping notification. In that case, we are able to cancel, change your order or correct the shipping address. Please email prospecttheshop@gmail.com with your order number and request and we will cancel or modify the order for you.
